Redditch Borough Council’s has four One Stop Shops.You can use your local One Stop Shop to deal with most of our enquiries, suggestions, requests and complaints about the council in one convenient visit.

What is the Contact Centre ?

Redditch Borough Council as part of its commitment to easier access and in conjunction with the One Stop Shops has opened a contact centre located at Redditch Town Hall.
We have been looking very carefully at the services we provide for you and finding ways of making them better.
The contact centre will deal with any telephony enquiries, requests, complaints and feedback concerning:

• Housing Repairs
• Domestic refuse collections
•     Missed wheelie bins
•     Replacement wheelie bins
•     New wheelie bins
•     Recycling
•     Recycling boxes
•     Replacement boxes
•     Bulky waste collections
• Appointment
• Credit card payment
• Quotes for collections

Repairs contact
Redditch Borough Council has implemented a diagnostic system to help prioritise and utilise its resources to complete housing repairs.
Each caller into the contact centre will be taken through the diagnostic questions to ensure all repairs are correctly prioritised and a qualified technician is dispatched to deal with the repair concerned.
