DRP Networking Event Report by Derek Fradgley
On 22nd May, members re-visited Stourport to see what has taken place since their previous visit in 2006.
They were given a guided tour of the Basins by British Waterways Conservation Architect, Alexandra Ball, and her colleague Susannah Ronan. In the networking event after the visit, members confirmed how impressed they were with the quality of work and the improvements that had been made.
Worcestershire Community Foundation – building the future
This year the Worcestershire Ambassadors have nominated the Worcestershire Community Foundation as their Charity of the Year. As this is relatively new in Worcestershire, Foundation Chairman, Martin Gallagher has written the attached article to explain what it is all about and how Worcestershire will benefit.
